It is always good to seek a medical doctor before beginning treatments with Divine You to see what treatment plan is right for you. We at Divine You and associates, have the right not to serve you if one, or more of these conditions exist.  

This contract meets the requirement for professional services by Divine You affiliates and or associates. Nor is this binding you to the following unless otherwise noted. A purchase contract total value of 50$ or more is a non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. The purchase of packages are non-transferable, however, they do not expire. Setting appointments are required two days in advance. No same day appointments, as the regular price will take effect, or subject to standard travel fees, applied to those living outside the 15-mile travel area of Mission Hills California. Please note travel fees should not be considered a resort fee, these are convenience and amenities and equipment sanitation preparation labor fees that goes without saying. However, if you purchase a package and live outside of 15-mile area. 50$ travel fees for each additional person in a household or venue are subject to this matter.
